Businesses that will succeed in this emerging economic environment know that they must take innovative, pioneering, and authentic steps to create an extraordinary workforce, while meeting the needs of the customers they serve.
Innovation + Mindfulness = Well-Being introduces participants to the science and practice of mindfulness-based emotional intelligence as a vehicle to enhance self-innovation as well as organizational innovation.
To capture innovation as it emerges requires us to be able to identify what is often a weak signal amidst the distraction and noise of the world we encounter. It requires a keen sense of the personal and collaborative environment, as well as a tuned-in ability to identify situational and contextual awareness.
To innovate deeper, we must be willing to meet the world exactly as it shows-up.
The overall event structure is:
-a brief introduction to the science behind Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence
-some tools and techniques, for both personal and organizational use, that will enhance innovation –
-an emotional well-being survey for every participant
-an interactive integration of why innovation + mindfulness = well-being is critical for both the individual and the organization.
