 At this seminar, you will learn the top 10 most important questions every entrepreneur needs to answer before growing or starting an innovative small business. We will discuss business entity formation (Sole Proprietor v. LLC v. Corporation), employment law pitfalls to avoid, which contracts every business owner needs, and things to consider when working with partners.
Answers, examples, and recommendations will be provided. Jennifer A. Grady, Esq., is an attorney, business consultant, and community organizer. Ms. Grady founded the law firm The Grady Firm,  P.C., in 2012, out of a passion for helping business owners and their families achieve the American dream of freedom, opportunity, self sufficiency, and success. Ms. Grady and her team of attorneys specialize in business, labor/employment, and immigration law.

As a third-generation entrepreneur, Ms. Grady has unique insight into helping her clients overcome their obstacles and reach their goals. Ms. Grady earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, a  Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the #1 ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She is a certified mediator, and is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Grady founded the Los Angeles Young Lawyers Association (LAYLA) and the Women Entrepreneurs Club of Los Angeles as ways to provide support to the legal and startup communities.
